Ongoing Tree Planting

Our tree planting initiative took off in 2017, as we undertook to support the Kenyan Ministry of Environment’s target to create 10% of the country’s land to the forest by the year 2022. To date, we have planted about 170,000 trees on the slopes of Mt. Kenya and about 20,000 within the rest of the country, with one of the sites being the famous Karura Forest in the city of Nairobi
