  • Why should we choose Sukuma Twende Trust to other charities?
We are a group of like-minded people, with a vision to make a difference in society. We currently have a group of 80 members, who provide voluntary services for all our projects where possible, keeping admin costs to an optimum low. We strive to achieve transparency to our stakeholders, beneficiaries, and donors. Our team of trustees is passionate and serious about maintaining the highest standards of accountability. Thus, we have been fortunate to have regular partners who choose STT as their preferred Charity to work with.
  • How do you identify the projects to undertake?
We focus on projects which fall within our four core pillars: ï‚· Sports ï‚· Education ï‚· Welfare ï‚· Environment
  • How do I become a member of Sukuma Twende Trust?
Currently membership is for founder members and their family only. As of now we are not taking any new members, but in future when we are in a position to accept new members, we will post on our website.
  • How do I volunteer?
Given that Kenya is the most powerful economy in East Africa, it is still a developing country and poverty and inequalities continue to be a great social concern. You might like to consider becoming a community volunteer on Sukuma Twende Events. Please follow our social media pages to learn more of our events. We will be posting for volunteers as and when required
  • I am interested in getting aid from your organisation?
Please email us your requirements at info@sukumatwende.org . Our vetting committee will evaluate and assess your proposal, and get back to you with our decision.
